The local staff were helpful and friendly. Location: the hotel was just off the train line, and the main square and other important facilities such as police station. There was Inka Tambo Restaurant nearby to grab something to eat.

We stayed at a small family hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff at Runas Inn Machupicchu were incredibly friendly and kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. We were able to store our luggage for free on the day of departure and even received a delicious packed lunch to take with us to Machu Picchu. The view from our room was breathtaking, with a large full wall window overlooking the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the bus stop and railway station. The breakfast at the café opposite the hotel was sufficient and the staff was always ready to help. our stay at Runas Inn Machupicchu was comfortable and memorable.

The location was mind-blowing! Literally steps away from the train station, perfect for our early departure. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, even providing a box lunch for our early morning departure. The hotel had great views and a comfy bed. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently close by. The owner was incredibly friendly and used Google Translate to communicate with us. They even provided towels, which some hotels don't do. The host was full of great advice and prepared a delicious pocket breakfast for our early trip to Machu Picchu. The location was just minutes from the bus stop. highly recommended!
